Purchasing an NFA firearm doesn't have to be complicated. Liberty Firearms Institute is a Powered by Silencer Shop ELITE dealer with an on-site Silencer Shop kiosk, making it easier to complete the information and fingerprinting required for eligible NFA applications.
Whether you're purchasing a suppressor (silencer), short-barreled rifle (SBR), transferable machine gun, or another NFA-regulated item, our knowledgeable team can help you understand the process and get started.
THE SILENCER SHOP KIOSK AT LFI
The Silencer Shop kiosk provides a convenient way to capture your fingerprints and required personal information for your Silencer Shop profile. Once completed, your information can be securely associated with your account for current and future eligible NFA applications.
WHAT CAN THE KIOSK BE USED FOR?
The Silencer Shop kiosk can assist with the fingerprinting, photo, and registration information required for many NFA applications, including:
Suppressors (Silencers)
Short-Barreled Rifles/Shotgun (SBRs & SBSs)
Machine Guns*
AOWs

1. Select NFA Item
Start by selecting the NFA item you'd like to purchase.

Don't see what you're looking for in store? Eligible items may also be purchased through Silencer Shop and transferred through LFI with no transfer fee!

Create or access your Silencer Shop account and complete the requested registration information.
You'll also choose how you want your NFA item registered:
Individual – Registered directly to you.
Trust – Registered to an NFA Gun Trust or Silencer Shop Single Shot Trust.
Corporation/LLC – Registered to an eligible business entity.
Your registration type determines who may legally possess the NFA item and what information or documentation is required.

IMPORTANT: You must create your ATF eForms account using the same name, email, & physical address associated with your Silencer Shop account. Using the same information helps ensure your accounts and application information can be properly matched during the submission process.
Your ATF eForms account is separate from your Silencer Shop account. Be sure your information is entered accurately and consistently.
Keep your ATF eForms username, password, and PIN secure.
4. Visit the Silencer Shop Kiosk at LFI
Stop by LFI to use the Silencer Shop Kiosk to complete your registration, including electronic fingerprints, signature, and passport-style photo.
The kiosk will guide you through the required information and connect everything with your Silencer Shop profile. Confirming the registration type you selected—Individual, Trust, or Corporation/LLC—and verify that your purchase and application information are correct
5. Review & Sign
You're almost there! Keep an eye on your email for a DocuSign from Silencer Shop. Spend a few minutes carefully reviewing your application documents, then complete the required electronic signatures so your paperwork can continue through the submission process.
After your application has been submitted, it's time to wait for ATF approval.
Once approved, your approved form will be sent to you electronically by the ATF, so be sure to keep an eye on your email. LFI will also contact you when we receive notification that your NFA item has been approved and is ready for the final transfer process.
