Due to Colorado law, please be aware of the following:

• C.R.S. 18-12-302(1):  It is illegal to sell/transfer any magazine holding more than 15 rounds for a rimfire or centerfire firearm, or for a shotgun, any magazine tube that holds more than 28 inches of shells, or a box magazine that holds more than 8 rounds of shotshells.
  • Common exceptions are for sworn law enforcement or military personnel.  LFI will not provide any compensation or replacement for magazines that are removed due to capacity restrictions.
• C.R.S. 18-12-402:  The purchaser / recipient of any firearm is required by law to provide the dealer with purchaser's / recipient's occupation.
  • No exceptions.
• C.R.S. 18-12-112.5(1)(a.5):  It is illegal to sell any firearm to someone under the age of 21.
  • No exceptions.
• C.R.S. 18-12-115(1):  There is a mandatory 72 hour waiting period for all firearms.  This waiting period begins when the background check is submitted to CBI and may take longer if LFI has not received an approval yet.
  • The only exception is for firearms where LFI does not submit a background check to CBI (i.e. NFA purchases, law enforcement purchases with an LFI approved LE letter).

Once your firearm arrives, it will take 48 hours to be processed. Once processed, LFI will call you when a background check can be started.  LFI will not send text messages, and is not responsible for failed contact / voicemail attempts.

All firearms must be picked up within 30 days of their arrival.  Any firearms not picked up within 30 days can and will start incurring a storage fee of $20 per month per firearm.
